SUNBRIGHT® DE-100HS

SUNBRIGHT DE-100HS is a homobifunctional NHS ester-PEG with a 10,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS groups at both ends react with amine-containing molecules to form a stable amide bonds. After PEGylation, the AS type is generally resistant to hydrolysis, making it suitable for the applications that require prolonged stability under aqueous or physiological conditions.
